We are pleased to advise of this annual event, which will be held in the Dining Room, in addition to our regular daily menu.

Menu

This will comprise a magnificent chilled selection of locally sourced seafood, to include, depending on availability:

Whole poached Atlantic Salmon

Dundrum Bay Mussels, Wine, roast Garlic & Herbs

Kedgeree

Strangford Oysters, Lemon & Tabasco

Rollmop Herrings, Dill & Lime Crème Fraiche

Lough Neagh Smoked Eel

Smoked Mackerel & Trout

accompanied by a selection of freshly made Salads, dressings & Breads
