Following pre-dinner drinks, the BDS-NI will deliver a short talk on the Society's work and the various species of wild deer to be found locally. Then dinner will be served, banquet style, (one long table) in the Old Billiard Room between two blazing fires. Attendance will be strictly limited to 40, and, as befits an event of this calibre, the dinner will be a Black Tie occasion.

Club Member, Mr Greg Kane is sponsoring the evening by providing the wild venison that Head Chef, Robert Fulton, will use to create the centrepiece main course in a sumptuous game-themed dinner.
